Business entities registered in the Commonwealth of Kentucky can obtain their 2009 annual reports immediately by visiting the Kentucky Secretary of State’s website.

Wednesday, December 31, 2008 The Office of the United States Attorney Eastern District of Kentucky announced that six officials from Target Oil and Gas and Kentucky and Indiana Oil and Gas companies were arraigned in U.S. District Court for an indictment accusing the defendants of defrauding their investors of more than $3 million. The Kentucky Department of Financial Institutions assisted in the investigation of this case.
