A Resolution for the State Property and Buildings Commission Approving Capital Construction Projects authorized by the 2008 General Assembly where such projects are to be financed by the issuance of State Property and Buildings Commission Revenue Bonds for other authorized State debt-issuing authorities $60,000,000

8. Economic Development Resolution
A Resolution of the State Property and Buildings Commission of the Commonwealth of Kentucky approving the issuance of Kentucky Economic Development Finance Authority (KEDFA) of its Economic Development Revenue Bonds to make a grant to Pulaski County Fiscal Court for the benefit of Hendrickson USA, LLC for  $120,000. 

9. KHC Multi Unit Housing Resolution
A Resolution of the State Property and Buildings Commission of the Commonwealth of Kentucky approving the issuance by the Kentucky Housing Corporation of its multifamily housing revenue bonds in one or more series in aggregate principal amount not to exceed $8,000,000.
