Governor Beshear Appoints Members to Kentucky Board of Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning Contractors
FRANKFORT, Ky. – Kentucky Gov. Steve Beshear has appointed the following members to the Kentucky Board of Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning Contractors:
- David E. Moore is an industrial education instructor and consultant for Tri-Tech Services. He and his wife, Brenda, reside in Lily. Moore represents the public at large. The appointment replaces Katheryn D. Higgins, whose term has expired. Moore shall serve for a term expiring June 30, 2009.
- Thomas C. Rechtin is president of Tom Rechtin Heating and Air Conditioning Company Inc. He and his wife, Lawanna, reside in Bellevue. Rechtin represents heating, ventilation or air conditioning contractors. The appointment replaces Michael T. Harping, whose term has expired. Rechtin shall serve for a term expiring June 30, 2010.
The governor has reappointed Ronald E. Kramer as a member of the board.
- Kramer is executive vice president of Prudential Heating and Air Conditioning Co., Inc. He and his wife, Donna, reside in Anchorage. Kramer represents the Kentucky Home Builders Association. He shall serve for a term expiring June 30, 2010.
The Kentucky Board of Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning Contractors consists of eight gubernatorial appointees. The board regulates and controls the licensing and conduct of heating, ventilation and air conditioning contractors within the commonwealth of Kentucky.
