She has also served as a social worker for the Kentucky Cabinet for Health and Family Services. Collins represents citizens at large. The appointment replaces Susan Westrom, whose term has expired. • John F. Estill, of May’s Lick, is the Mason County attorney. He is also a partner in Fox, Wood, Wood and Estill in Maysville. Estill represents county attorneys. The appointment replaces Michael B. Fox, whose term has expired. Estill shall serve for a term expiring July 1, 2011.

The Child Support Enforcement Commission was statutorily established in 1988 to act in an advisory capacity on child support issues to the governor, the General Assembly, the Cabinet for Human Resources, the Department of Law and the Administrative Office of the Courts. The commission was also created, in part, as a forum to hear grievances and complaints and to refer these to the most appropriate agencies for action.
