MANCHESTER, KY. ---(September 24, 2007)— The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet is scheduled to begin drilling steel on KY 687 in Clay County between MP 12-13, on Thursday, September 27 and Friday, September 28, 2007.

Flaggers will be present to direct traffic and motorists can expect numerous delays at various times between the hours of 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM each day.

The actual starting date and duration of work may be adjusted if inclement weather or other unforeseen delays occur.
