Kentucky Arts Council selects Winchester photographer as featured artist

FRANKFORT, Ky. — Kentucky landscape photographer Ed Newell, of Winchester, has been selected as the Kentucky Arts Council's Featured Artist for July.

A native Kentuckian, Newell's photography is known for its vibrant colors and depictions of Kentucky's hidden and natural beauty, showcasing his connection to the environment through his lens.
