FALLS OF ROUGH, Ky.  – Rough River Dam State Resort Park will continue its “Concert in the Park Series” on May 30 with entertainment from Rodney Watts and Soldier’s Pride.


During the summer through Sept. 5, the park will feature live music on selected Fridays from 6-9 p.m. Central time on the patio at Grayson’s Landing Restaurant. Dinner is served from 4:30-9 p.m. Fridays.


Here is the summer lineup for the concerts:


May 30  Band: Rodney Watts and Soldier’s Pride, Sponsor, Dan Powers GM Center.

June 20  Band: Fast Forward, Sponsor, Clements Marine.

June 27 Band: Graffiti Layne, Sponsor, Dan Powers GM Center.

July 4-5  Entertainment: To be announced, Sponsor, Greater Rough River Realty Group & Patriot’s Pointe Custom Homes.

 July 25  Band: Aaron Pate & Kentucky Clear, Sponsor, Dan Powers GM Center.

Aug. 1  Band: Sidewayz, Sponsor, Dan Powers GM Center.

Aug. 15  Band: Heath & Molly G., Sponsor, Rough River Dam State Resort Park.

Aug. 22  Band: Junction Creek, Sponsor, MTD.

Aug. 29  Band: You & Me, Sponsor, Wright Implements.

Sept. 5  Band: Sidewayz, Sponsor, Bel Cheese.

 Rough River is on KY 79 near Leitchfield. From the Western Kentucky Parkway, exit on KY 79 north from Caneyville or exit on KY 259 N at Leitchfield and travel to the park via KY 54 from Leitchfield. Driving south, take KY 79 south from Hardinsburg and U.S. 60.
