CARROLLTON, Ky. -- General Butler State Resort Park will host its annual Backyard Concert Series beginning May 25 with the Northern Kentucky Brotherhood Singers.
The series, sponsored by the Friends of Butler, starts each night at 7 p.m. at the Butler-Tupin State Historic Home. The free series is dedicated to both original and traditional Americana roots music. Bring your own chairs or borrow one from the park.
The series is also sponsored by Carroll County Tourism and Earl Floyd Ford.

General Butler State Resort Park is steeped in military history with a unique setting at the confluence of the Kentucky and Ohio rivers. General Butler State Resort Park, just off Interstate 71 at Carrollton, has a lodge, Two Rivers Restaurant, cottages, campground, gift shop, golf course and hiking trails.
