PRESTONSBURG, Ky. – Jenny Wiley State Resort Park will host the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation Eastern Kentucky Elk and Hunting Show, Sept. 6-8.
The event at the park’s convention center will feature seminars, demonstrations and vendor booths with hunting and fishing guides, taxidermists, outdoor sports and more. Admission is $5 each day. Hours will be noon to 9 p.m. on Friday, 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Saturday and 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Sunday.
Concessions will be available and will include elk and buffalo chili.
The Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation will host a Big Game Banquet on Saturday at 5 p.m., featuring a live auction, silent auction, drawings, games and a great meal. Admission is $20.
