KYTC looking at Disadvantaged Business Enterprises

Frankfort, Ky. (April 22, 2014) – The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet is seeking public input on proposed goals for increasing Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) involvement in highway projects.

The federal fiscal year begins Oct. 1. Under U.S. Department of Transportation rules, the new goal would be in effect for three years.
