"Andrew McNeill has decades of experience in the public and private sector which will serve both him and the Commonwealth well in his new role in the Budget office,” said Gov. I look forward to serving my fellow Kentuckians in this new role.”
The Office of the State Budget Director is responsible for the preparation of the Executive Budget as well as the implementation and oversight of the state budget as enacted by the General Assembly. In addition, it performs research and analysis on public policy issues and provides economic and fiscal analysis for the Commonwealth.
