OLIVE HILL, Ky. (March 14, 2017) – Tickets are now available for the Smoky Bridge On-Rope Adventure on May 6 at Carter Caves State Resort Park.
The Smoky Bridge High Line is a 200-foot zip-line stretching across the gorge down behind the park’s lodge. Guests will be strapped in for a ride to remember as you drop 50 feet in elevation and cruise by the park’s largest natural arch, Smoky Bridge. Bring a camera for great photo opportunities.
New this year is the “Down 4 Dummies” rappel. Experience being on-rope as you rappel a 50-foot drop off Smoky Bridge.
There is a weight limit of 250 pounds. Guests must also fit in the harness. Participants must wear close-toed shoes; no flip-flops or sandals.
Tickets for the Smoky Bridge High Line are $15. Riders get two consecutive rides per ticket. Limited tickets available. Tickets for the Down 4 Dummies rappel are $15 per person. Riders get two consecutive rides per ticket. Limited tickets available.

Carter Caves State Resort Park is located at 344 Caveland Drive in Olive Hill. The park has a lodge with a restaurant, cottages and campground. Besides cave tours, activities include hiking, boating and fishing.
