WICKLIFFE, Ky. – Wickliffe Mounds State Historic Site will hold an organizational meeting for a friends group on Saturday, April 16, at 1 p.m.
Information about upcoming volunteer opportunities and special events will be available.
The guest speaker for the meeting will be Brad Prewitt, executive director of the Chickasaw Inkana Foundation. “Inkana” is the Chickasaw word for “friend.” Prewitt will present a program on the history and culture of the Chickasaw Nation, and screen a documentary film, First Encounters.

Wickliffe Mounds State Historic Site has a museum, welcome center, gift shop, picnic areas and walking trails and is located at 94 Green Street, Highway 51-60-62, along the Great River Road National Scenic Byway, in Wickliffe, Ballard County, Kentucky.
