How it Works
Live Help is a chat tool that allows a Kentucky.gov Live Help Operator to help you find the information you need if it is available on an official Commonwealth website. Though the live help operators may not be able to provide answers to specific questions, they will be able to direct you to a relevant webpage or in some cases an agency contact.
This service is not able to answer homework questions or research assignments. Please see our Homework Help section for resources that can assist you.
Privacy
Please DO NOT put confidential and personal information such as social security number, date of birth, bank account, credit card information, or medical information in your Live Help communications to Kentucky.gov. Your privacy cannot be protected or insured during Live Help, email or web form transmission. See the Kentucky.gov Privacy Statement for more information.
