The Division of Mechanical Maintenance and Operations consists of three branches: Operations, Maintenance and Repair, and Electronic Security and Energy Management. The Division is responsible for all mechanical operations of Department operated buildings, including heating, ventilation, air conditioning, elevator maintenance, energy management, lighting and electrical service and electronic security.
