The Division of Human Resources manage and coordinate personnel, payroll, employee benefits, and performance functions for the Finance and Administration Cabinet and agencies attached to the Governor's Office. Among other services, the Division coordinates new employee orientation, trainings, Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), employee insurance, sick leave sharing assistance, worker’s compensation, and employee performance evaluations for Finance and Administration Cabinet employees.
