The Election Fraud Hotline is led by Penny Thompson of the Special Prosecutions Division and Tonjua Casey of the Department of Criminal Investigations and is always open to receive messages. On Tuesday, the hotline is answered live by members of the Attorney General’s team from 6am to 7pm. Tips are reviewed and allegations of election fraud are referred to the Attorney General’s Department of Criminal Investigations (DCI). Working with state and federal partners, DCI investigates credible allegations of election law violations.
“Protecting the integrity of every vote in Kentucky remains a top priority for our team of investigators, prosecutors, and staff,” said Attorney General Coleman. “We urge any Kentuckian who believes an election law violation may have occurred to report their concerns to the Attorney General’s Election Fraud Hotline.”

"I’d like to echo AG Coleman’s encouragement for any Kentuckian who suspects election law violations to contact the Hotline. If a federal law is broken, we’re going to investigate."
“The entire law enforcement community stands united to protect the sanctity of Kentucky’s electoral process. Every Kentuckian should feel confident that their vote will count and that federal law enforcement will work tirelessly with our state partners to safeguard the integrity of this election," said Jason Parman, U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District.
