FRANKFORT, Ky. (Aug. 13, 2026) – Attorney General Russell Coleman announced today the indictment of a Breckinridge County man for crimes involving children.
A Breckinridge County Grand Jury indicted Nicholas Renfro, 25, on 10 counts of Possession of Matter Portraying Sexual Performance by a Minor Under Age 12 (Class C Felony).

The Kentucky State Police investigated the case. Assistant Attorney General Barbara Maines Whaley in the Attorney General’s Special Prosecutions Unit presented the case on behalf of the Commonwealth.

The charges in an indictment are allegations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
