FRANKFORT, Ky. (Feb. 15, 2024) – Department of Corrections (DOC) Probation and Parole Director Erica Hargis today announced the promotion of Amanda Noe to assistant supervisor in District 2. District 2 covers Allen, Butler, Christian, Edmonson, Hopkins, Logan, Simpson, and Todd counties.
“Throughout her career, Noe has developed an outstanding relationship with the courts, law enforcement, and local agencies, who recognize her trustworthiness, knowledge, and competency,” said Hargis. “She is well-respected by her peers and will be a great addition to the District 2 leadership team.”
Noe began her DOC career in 2012 as a probation and parole officer in District 2, writing presentence investigation reports for Butler and Edmonson counties. In 2022, she became a felony probation and parole officer, supervising a Butler County and Kentucky Christian Recovery caseload.
Noe has also served as Russellville field office safety officer, District 2 safety officer, Butler County drug court team member, and member of the Butler County Betterment Board.
Noe graduated from Austin Peay University in 2010 with a bachelor’s degree in English.
