Frankfort, KY (August 29, 2019) - The Kentucky Department of Revenue has calculated the individual standard deduction for 2020 in accordance with KRS 141.081. After adjusting for inflation, the standard deduction for 2020 is $2,650, an increase of $60. This amount will be incorporated into 2020 tax forms and should be used for tax planning in the new year.
