FRANKFORT, Ky. (June 13, 2024) The draft 2025 Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF) and Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF) Intended Use Plans (IUPs) are available for public review and comment from June 13, 2024 through July 12, 2024. This Public Notice, referenced on the Kentucky Infrastructure Authority website at https://kia.ky.gov/Pages/index.aspx, serves to announce the availability of the Commonwealth of Kentucky State Revolving Fund 2025 Intended Use Plans and to advertise that a virtual public meeting to allow for public comment on the IUPs will be held Thursday June 27, 2024 at 2:00 p.m., via an interactive Zoom meeting.

The DWSRF and CWSRF IUPs identify the goals of each fund and describe how the funds will be used to achieve those goals. The IUPs were prepared by KIA, an agency in the Governor’s Office. Kentucky’s 2025 DWSRF and CWSRF IUPs, may be viewed online at kia.ky.gov. Copies of the plans and the priority lists may also be viewed in person at the following locations:
