KRS.162.092 calls for the working group to review the performance funding model every three years to determine if it is functioning as expected, identify any unintended consequences, and recommend adjustments.
The working group includes the CPE president, president or designee of each public postsecondary education institution, the governor or designee, speaker of the House or designee, and president of the Senate or designee. The group will submit its review and recommendations to the governor and General Assembly by Dec. 1.
