White Plains is located in the southeastern corner of Hopkins County, encompassing an area of just over 2 square miles with a population of approximately 800 residents. White Plains provides water, sewer and gas services to our residents as well as maintaining a city park and 4200 sf. community center. Other amenities of the City include a walking trail, ball park and basketball court.
