The Division of Audits and Investigations is responsible for investigating and auditing for possible fraud, waste or abuse of the programs administered by the Cabinet as mandated by KRS 194A.030. The Division is responsible for enforcing the Kentucky Controlled Substances Act as outlined in KRS 218A.
