    The Governor's Office of Agricultural Policy provides grants, incentives and low-interest loans to help farmers and agribusinesses innovate and grow. The Governor’s Office of Agricultural Policy (GOAP) was established in 1998 to provide a direct link between the Governor of the Commonwealth and one of Kentucky’s most important industries, agriculture. The Kentucky Agricultural Development Board and the Kentucky Agricultural Finance Corporation Board are administered by the GOAP.
