The role of the Kentucky Registry of Election Finance is to assure the integrity of the Commonwealth's electoral process by making certain there is full public access to campaign financial data and financial disclosure reports, and by administering Kentucky's campaign finance laws.

• Kentucky Election Finance Management System (KEFMS)

  The new Kentucky Election Finance Management System (KEFMS) is ready to receive new Statement of Spending Intent filings.

• Kentucky Registry of Election Finance Candidate Email Reminder

  Subscribers receive a courtesy reminder that a report is due will be sent to the e-mail address provided on the candidate’s KREF Form 001 five (5) days prior to the report due date.

• Kentucky Registry of Election Finance Filing User Identification and Password

  Candidates, Issue Committees and Permanent Committees (PACs) who decide to use electronic filing software from a vendor listed on the Registry's Approved Electronic Filer Software Page must also provide the Registry with contact information for the issuance of the necessary userID and password. The campaign finance reports are not capable of electronic submission to the Registry without this information. The Registry issues all electronic file users a userID and password. You may change your password with your first logon. When you change your password, it must be at least five characters and is case sensitive. You are responsible for keeping your password safe.

• Kentucky Registry of Election Finance Online Candidate Training

  The Online Election Finance Training Seminar provides candidates and staff current information on campaign finance laws and statutory requirements.

• Kentucky Registry of Election Finance Searchable Database

  This searchable database contains records from 1998 to present.
