Two divisions are within the Office of Facility of Development and Efficiency -- the Division of Engineering and Contract Administration and the Division of Facility Efficiency. The Division of Engineering and Contract Administration provides technical engineering assistance to state agencies, reviews design and detail specifications, and acts as a liaison between the Department for Facilities and Support Services and other agencies on new construction projects and major maintenance projects. The Division of Facility Efficiency is responsible for managing the Guaranteed Energy Saving Performance Contracting program.
