OLIVE HILL, Ky. – Carter Caves State Resort Park will host a dinner theater based on “The Golden Galz: Throw Mama off the Guest List,” Nov. 1-2.

Check out this year’s chapter of The Golden Galz Murder Mystery!  The galz have finally figured out how to keep Sophie from running away from Shady Pines:  They bought the place and moved themselves in with a view to changing the place from a retirement home to a resort spa! But Dorothea is tricked into taking on one more long-term resident – Velma “Mama” Hopper from Haytown USA!   Before she’s even settled in, Mama Hopper is causing trouble, sparring with Sophie and writing a bad review about the resort on YELP!  Much to the chagrin of Dorothea. Quickly things get worse when Mama Hopper insists she’s seeing DEAD PEOPLE!  What’s going on here?

“The Golden Galz: Throw Mama off the Guest List!” will be performed by Fantastical Theatricals.

The cost for the dinner and show is $34.95 plus tax per person and $29 per child 12 years and under. The park is also offering a package that includes the dinner, show and an overnight stay in Lewis Caveland Lodge for just $134.95 plus tax per couple.

Seating starts at 6:45 p.m. for each performance. Call 1-800-325-0059 for reservations and information.
