Cumberland Falls Beautification Day Set For May 21

CORBIN, Ky. – Volunteers are needed for Cumberland Falls Beautification Day at Cumberland Falls State Resort Park Saturday, May 21 at 9 a.m.


Volunteers will be picking up litter and trash deposited by the Cumberland River due to spring rain and flooding.


Volunteers will meet at the Visitor Center at 9 a.m. to register and receive garbage bags. Lunch will be provided. Volunteers should wear appropriate work clothes and bring gloves.


Cumberland Falls State Resort Park has a lodge, Riverview Restaurant, cottages, campground, hiking trails, fishing, horseback riding, rafting, other recreational activities and a great view of Cumberland Falls. For more information about the park, call 1-800-325-0063.
